Payment terms

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Credits you purchase do not expire.

• Credits remain valid for use on the platform
• Payments are handled by trusted third-party providers

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund for credit purchases. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traxo Tool and its suppliers are not liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the service.
